Despite it's age, this book marries art, spirituality, and the practical world in a beautifully engaging and relevant way. I appreciated the author's rich references to psychological experts, ancient philosophers, and pop culture, as well as the suggested art-therapy inspired activities. Would recommend for anyone looking for artistic inspiration and/or a new appreciation for the aesthetics of common life. My jam!!
