This is a fun read for those curious about paranormal phenomenon. It includes supposable haunted locations, paranormal vocabulary, and machines ghost hunters use for debunking or fact. "The Unexplained" is a short fun chapter book filled with pictures and fun facts!
This is another one I read simply because my children wanted to, and I wanted to see if it was appropriate. Although it gives some good points and has an okay glossary, its description of other things, such as demons was a little off.
I'd say it's an okay book for kids to read, but there are better books out there if they really are interested in learning about ghosts and supposed hauntings.
Yes, because of my own writing, my kids want to learn more about the subject themselves. I'm all for them looking into such topics, but would suggest they read this one with an even greater pinch of salt than normal.
It is a small book with basic information about and some of the most well-known hauntings. Good book for young who want to start learning about ghosts.
The kids chose this one and the ones who were interested enjoyed it. It had basic information and stories. They liked to tell their own ghost stories along with this.
