This book is a good compilation of all the articles in Men's Health magazine. There are some things I didn't understand "...why sit on the couch when you can get up to change the channel..." Well in 2020's no TV has a channel changer and mostly all TVs are digital. I think overall it was a good inspiration and a good motivator.
