*3.5/5 Very informative book if you're interested in psychology. There were a few spelling and grammar mistakes and I found the 'humour' of the author to be quite dull and stupid, but the lessons taught in this book are very useful. I recommend it.
This book was an okay read, offering insights into reading and interpreting body language. While it does provide useful tips, I didn’t find it particularly groundbreaking, especially as someone who has explored this topic extensively. Much of the content felt familiar and similar to what you might encounter in other books or scientific videos on the subject.
That said, it’s a good starting point for anyone new to the world of body language. If you’re just beginning to explore this fascinating field, this book can serve as a helpful introduction. For more seasoned readers, however, it might not add much new information.
The book is generally very good. It has a kind of a summary after each chapter pointing out the points you need to focus on. Very simple writing, although it has loads of information that can sometimes be complicated however Max Eggert was able keep it as simple possible. It will influence our day to day communication with friend, but not on a professional level. Another downside to the book that towards the end the the author seems to repeat himself over and over again , making some chapters really Boring.
