We were going through Coopers books and found the very first book he read all on his own a couple of summers ago. If you’re looking for an easy reader book that is ACTUALLY easy (some are not!) “I love trees” is awesome! This book has easy to sound out words with corresponding pictures and uses a lot of sight words. The book also has an informative story that held Coopers attention as it describes all of the things you can make from trees. This little book set Cooper off on the path to being the avid reader that he is today at age 7. I Love Trees is Coopers first pick for an early reader book.(YouTube review coming soon) #coopersbookreviews
Good rhyming, interesting topic...the only problem I had with the book was that it mentions objects that "trees make" but it doesn't explain how trees make those objects (ex. sleds, swings, etc)
