Probably one of the most boring books I've ever had to read, this book covers all sorts of business topics relating to law, conflict resolution, business formation, contract drafting, and rights. Although I recommend this topic for anyone going into business for themselves, managing a business, or writing contracts, I can't quite get over how exceedingly boring and lacking in interest legal topics really are. To sum it up, imagine the most boring courtroom drama and an informercial disclaimer.
