Franklin and his friends love to read. They all have a favorite series so when the newest book comes out they all rush to the bookstore to buy it. The bookstore is sold out, the library is out. Everywhere they went there were no issues of the new book. They were all very disappointed. When Franklin got home his Granny was there with a new copy! Franklin's friends all soon learnt he had a copy and wanted to read it 'now'. They kept bothering him telling him he was being slow. So he thought to have a reading club invited them all in and he read out loud the story to them all. So all friends could enjoy.

The kids and I loved this book. They got just as excited as Franklin whenever anyone had the book he was looking for. I think it even inspired them to read more, even though my kids already love reading.
