People around me would be pissing me off while I was reading this book & I would breathe like the book said to do. It was something that taking a deep breathe is supposed to help be calm & de-stress. Yes, we all breathe pretty shallow. So taking some deeper inhales is really important to do for the cells in your body, I get it. I found it to be helpful but sometimes when people are annoying the hell out of me I can't really see just breathing as a solution but step in the right direction. So I did enjoy reading this book as there are some good ways to learn how to understand what deep breathing can do to help.
