Seeker and his friends get to know the King and go on adventures - conquering some very disgusting dragons like Fear, Anger and Discouragement. The Seeker stories are not pretend and they aren't make-believe…they are adventures! This version is the compilation of all seven books. Please note: the illustrated storybooks will be re-released in 2018. (And hey - check out Dian Layton's Seeker music on iTunes.)
This was a fun little read which is like one compacted parable of the Gospel. I'm hoping that this book reaches the audience it is intended for. Every I read time the lines of the King when He spoke the words, "I know", I envisioned The Flintstone's Jay Bondrock (James Bond) character, when the ladies around him would say, "Jay Bondrock...you're wonderful!" Of course, Jay would reply with, "I know!".
We were blessed in getting the opportunity to see the Seeker play recently and my daughter throughly enjoyed it, so we got the book and read it every night at bedtime. Highly recommend it, filled with adventure and encouragement for children and adults alike on their journey of faith. We’ll definitely read this again and again. ❤️
Seeker and his friends go on a series of adventures for the King. They make new friends by introducing the King to them. By doing this, they expand the Kingdom to others. This is an exciting allegory for children of the joys of Christian life
