The illustrations are great, hand painted but super realistic. I've always lived this art style. A fantastic picture book series for infants and toddlers.

Wonderful book for babies and toddlers. Illustrated everyday objects and accompanying names. Includes questions for the reader to ask the child. Appealing illustrations, somewhat dated. Eg. telephone is a rotary dial phone and television is very funny, too. I still recommend this book anyway. Small size easy for child to hold.

Another nostalgia trip introduced to my 11 month old son who loved the pictures. Again some are dated, but still educational.
