I needed this book in my life 10 years ago!

I have always been challanged by procrasting. I don’t mean to do it but I get destracted and before you know it I’m behind schedule. I needed to find a solution. This book helped me a lot! It goes step by step through the process to set up systems to deal with your issue

better than I expected

I have read many books on motivation, executive functioning, and task initiation so I hadn’t expected to learn anything new, but this was a fresh and helpful take on procrastination with new insights and points that are helpful.

A Wealth of Information

Not only did this book have a multitude of tips and advice in overcoming procrastination, but it also had a lot of information on WHAT procrastination is and WHY it happens to people. Highly recommend!
