Unfocused: Why you're unable to concentrate and strategies for revising your thoughts

Rate this book
We believe that our inability to concentrate results from our incapacity to control our use of technology. The reality is far more our attention has been snatched by solid outside forces, leaving us particularly vulnerable to businesses looking to steal it for financial gain.

According to Jay Allen, this crisis has a variety of root reasons, including a drop in mind-wandering and an increase in pollution, both of which have taken some of our attention.
I'd advise anyone who wants to regain some of their attention to read this book. And I'd encourage everybody who is a parent of small children or aspires to be one in the future to read this.
