The first thing that struck me about this book was the circle of friends. Despite every horror, the friends were there for each other, and I found that so inspiring. Now add to that absolutely sexy detectives, and a house with some awesome secrets, and season it all with major insights, and you have a story that will keep you turning the pages. The Grinwald brothers are downright evil, but Micki is filled with light – indeed, expect major and horrifying situations as evil attempts to snuff the light.

Thoroughly enjoyable!

Starting this book I expected it to be excellent because of who wrote it.But I was wrong ,it wasn't excellent It was Magnificent! The amount of research involved in writing this book was evident as I read each page. This is a book for people seeking the truth,I felt my brain expanding with the completion of each chapter. The story revolves around five best friends, Micki, Gabe,Danny,Rafe and Uri. They each have gifts that make them one superb entity, one not complete without the other. Micki's gift is the one that marks her for termination by dark forces coming to claim what does not belong to them. As they figure out why she is a target not only are they all enlightened by what has been in front of them all along, the readers are enlightened as well. I am completely blown away by this bit of Superb literature and the author that wrote it. If all authors had the capability of Poppet, more people would be as addicted to books as I am. And I am especially addicted to Poppet's works of art. They have swiftly become the oxygen I need to survive. This book is not for the lazy reader it is for someone who seeks to expand their narrow way of thinking and to have the veil of lies lifted from their eyes. The plethora of information is astounding. That one person cares enough to spend years doing research in order to get this information out to the masses is enough for me to take the time and reap the rewards of her labors and I am ecstatic that I did. Brilliant,Brilliant,Brilliant!!

Heresy was a combination of emotions for me, starting with the fact, that the main character Micki see's spirits from the time she was a little girl, and wraps up into being the target of a cult, who is determined to have her. Her hero Grant manages to save Micki several times, with the help of Micki's group of friends. This book revolves around puzzles and many other twist that need to be unlocked and solved. Definitely keeps you on the edge of your seat, as you read. Another great, kick-ass book by Poppet, who manages to pull you into the depths of another world with her characters. I am always amazed when Poppet pulls off having a genuine strong lead female character. Absolutely worth the read.

I loved this book!!! Started off with an introduction of the main characters with their special connections. Throughout the book there are intense spiritual passages linking the group to the cult that are determined to take Micki. I love the connections, the spiritual information, the additon of the cops, and the determination to have the good overcome evil no matter what happens. The depth of writing is amazing. Poppet has written a wonderful book and I can't wait for the next book in this series. Keep them coming Poppet!!
