My all-time favorite book on Goddesses! No other book I've ever come across comes anywhere close to this one in beautiful art, meaningful poetry, multicultural myth, and in showing the links between all the expressions of Her. Recommended for every Goddess worshipper and for anyone interested in having a female aspect of divinity in their practice. It is SO worth ordering used!

This would make a beautiful gift for someone interested in world religions, history, and/or spirituality. I loved the art selections, as well as the prayers and poems. The writing itself read like a text book, but it was easy enough to skim and spend time on the sections that were especially of interest.
