When I was young, I discovered the power of the written word, and I’ve been a fan ever since.It always amazed and astounded me that not everyone was as fascinated by language as I was. I became an avid reader, reading everything from trashy romance novels to classic literature. Sometimes I would come away from those books with a feeling of profound satisfaction. But sometimes all I could think of was…No! That’s not how it should have gone!! I started writing my own scenes, trying to make the stories work like I wanted them to. In college I majored in English and started writing short stories. I won some awards for them, but once I graduated, the real world took over and I had to go to…ugh…work. I continued to read like a madwoman, but writing took a back seat until a few years ago, when I took it up again. I discovered the “new” paranormal romance genre through the works of authors such as Christine Feehan and Sherrilyn Kenyon. I loved the sexy new vampires and werewolves that were so unlike the horrific creatures of my childhood nightmares. I wanted to create my own. I hope you enjoy my world of gorgeous vampires and hot werewolves. Strange love is the best love!

I don't really like most vampire stories...I got burned(no pun intended) out on them but I remembered this one, it's still in my library.

Fun vampire read

The book opens with how the two brothers were made and then switches to the present day. Libby is a fun character that gets drawn into the brother's world. Well written and engaging, the story seems realistic.

Quick pace, hot hero, brave heroine, fun world-building. What was there NOT to like? I was engrossed from beginning to end!
