I've read this book on and off over the last couple of years - in as much a reference as anything. Mark has a deep understanding of retail consumer behaviour, and more importantly - the triggers for conversion, backed up by his understanding of conversion data.

If you operate a retail business, this is a book that should be on your reference shelf before the doors open. Having a passion for you business is one thing. Understanding it is another altogether.
