high;y informative and expository on the various means and processes of raising capital for a company at all stages of growth. Most of the book was not worth a detailed read for me at this point, but it will be on the shelf when the time comes.

I thought the book was ok. It needs some modernizing. I did not take away a lot from it.

Updated version pub 2012 is very helpful. Straightforward & comprehensive
