Surprised by the amount I learnt from the case histories. Found them to be the most valuable portion of this book as it was 3 editions out dated by the time I read it, making some of the legal aspects no longer accurate.

I'm not sure what the 1-star reviews are for - I found the book to be exceptionally interesting and readable, especially as far as textbooks directed at engineers go.

I’ve read some pretty dry textbooks & this one wasn’t so bad. Info delivered in ways that make it memorable.
