I liked this book as a little break from historical non-fictions and more about people like me. Although this book was published quite a while ago, it is still something I enjoyed because the stories in it were timeless. Anyone who is our age right now could read it and connect themselves to each story in some way, and although I couldn't connect myself to some, I experienced sympathy or happiness for them, right when I was reading this book. So, I liked this book and would recommend this for people looking for a nice little non-fiction book. Don't be wary of its 300 page length- it includes poems, and many other little things abour the authors at the end, so it really isn't that long. Anyway, when you read it, time passes like nothing happened because you imagine yourself in those situations and can create the image those words show you. Liked this :)
