This an awesome warrior for God. I love her ability to have such a Kingdom mentality. Her boldness enables her to tread where few Christians are willing to go.
Her ivy league vocabulary is not only challenging but engaging.
I personally would love to have been mentored by her but hey - that's what books and videos are for.

I have HEARD much about spiritual warfare before but this book helped me to UNDERSTAND it. What a perfect manual for someone who is new to spiritual warfare and charismatic Christianity. Before reading this book I have had my attempts of warfare prayers followed by the example of my friends and spiritual leaders: but I realized now that they were just words that I was spitting into the air without the level of faith and understanding practicing spiritual warfare required. This book has revolutionized my prayer life because I finally know what I'm doing and why. Though not advised in the book I have simultaneously incorporated the use of anointing oil to deepen my prayer life.
This is a very profound book, a "warfare prayer bible" offering every possible DETAILED insight about Satan, Hell and subordinate spirits. I also love about this book how Cindy Trimm is giving concrete examples of how to recognize the actions of the devil and practical tools to incorporate in my warfare prayer life. This has become a classic in my spiritual bookshelf that I will be constantly returning to... at least until I have mastered the spiritual warfare to the level that it comes naturally. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this. It's a blessing to read.

I love this book. It walks you through how to create an authentic life of spirituality. Dr. Cindy Trimm shares helpful and practical tips as well as thought-provoking questions that challenge you to grow in your faith. I used it as a daily devotional for 40-days.

First, I must say this is not a book, rather it is a manual every faith believer should possess in his/her arsenal of weaponry. Every army has tactics and strategies it uses to deploy, overcome and circumvent their enemies devices and plots. Dr. Cindy Trimm has created such a playbook, through extensive and thorough research, she has painstakingly develop this playbook to utilize for every spiritual attack. This manual provides tools for immediate use along with guides of how to use those tools most effectively; therefore this will not be a quick read. Yet, a must have and worthwhile book to be used again and again.

I am currently reading this book for two groups at my church. While there is a lot of good information on warfare, we have been in agreement that the language of the book is a little bit over our heads.
Together we have been able to get through it, but something more problematic is that we have found some of the scriptures don't seem to line up with some of the things she has said. It makes for an unreliable narrator, which is not good for a guide of this nature.
We probably won't be reading another of her books for a while, unless she has been able to come down a level, but if that's her style, that's her style.

I think this is a book to be read with caution. There are many parts that are more traditional and extra-biblical. This is not to say they are wrong, but reading this book takes discernment to know what parts are from the Bible and what parts are deduction and taken from extra-biblical experience.
The book also gives many descriptions of how demons are organized and act (such a the detailed 5-page description of familiar spirits on 55-59). Again, this should be read with caution and not as biblical truth. Not saying it’s wrong, but a newer believer might not know when she crosses from one to the other.
She claims we can’t win the battle without knowing about our enemy. This is partially true, but there are also reasons why God doesn’t go into a ton of detail in the Bible to tell us about our enemy. We should first press into knowing God and his will and plans before pressing into the enemy’s character and plans.
A lot of it reads more like a reference handbook than a read-through book.
I’d use it as a reference if it came up, but would recommend with caution.

Quality of the book binding is not good..my book is a pack of cards. However, the contents of the book has great strategies for understanding and praying strategically.

This is an excellent book for studying up on prayer. It is informative and powerful. It is a book I reference a lot and reread at least once a year. If you truly want to to be a prayer warrior for the Kingdom of God I suggest not only Rules of Engagement but I encourage you to add Cindy Trimm to your study time and reading list
