A longtime friend of Jerry Seinfeld's discusses how the television comedian got his start, what the hit television show Seinfeld was really about, and some of Jerry's private jokes
I recommend this book. In my case I read Jerry Oppenheimer's long book on Seinfeld which is from only a few years ago so when I found out about this book by the real Costanza (Mike Costanza) I decided to find a copy. It had a lot of the same info you'll get from the big book by Jerry O. but this one is a lot shorter and written from Mike's perspective (Jerry's real life friend from college and afterwards) -you'll see there will be some interesting insights there that you wont all get from the big book by Jerry O. of course. and several black and white photos in the center of the book. One thing I can say in the end is that its from 1998 which is over twenty years ago so I'd like to have an update or new book by Mike..what has been happening in his life since? Another book written by Jerry SEinfeld also would be nice.
An account of growing up with Jerry Seinfeld by his best friend. It is difficult to imagine Seinfeld as anyone but that character shown on tv, but it's nice to see another more real side of him. It's a simple, quick read but does have some touching moments.
