The heart wants what the heart wants

This was a good story. Destiny knew she have never got into a situation with someone else when she hadn’t healed from the previous relationship. I felt bad that she embarrassed Pierre like that when it could’ve been avoided. Although Tobias didn’t step out on Destiny he was still wrong on so many levels. But he loved her and he got her back. Toy was beyond delusional it was sad. It everything worked out

I chose to read this because it is set in my hometown (Charlotte, NC). The plot is enticing, but I feel it wasn’t executed as well as it could have been. The characters are believable, but they could’ve been more details behind them. I also felt like it was a lot of rehashing within the story as well. I understand the story jumped between multiple character’s perspectives, but some aspects didn’t need to be repeated throughout. This was a good story, it just wasn’t for me.
