Loved this book. I have read it twice and also listened to the audio version. This book gives everyone the skills they need to develop their empathy muscles. Dr. Price's research, combined with her own lived experience, should be an inspiration and motivation for anyone who decides it's time for him/her/they to take action and seek empathy.
