I enjoyed this book and love reading about the lives of remarkable people; especially people who overcome adversity to do amazing things, or just live noteworthy lives, or people who have a tremendous affect of the lives of others. I'm always amazed at how difficult some aspects of lives were a hundred years ago, yet they carried on.
