Read for an introductory finance unit at unit. Very easy to read, sensible and practical advice. Have been considering investment in property, and this is a good start to my research, giving me a general framework to select cash flow positive properties with good indicators for future capital growth.

Good book on property investing, Margaret Lomas seems to know her stuff. highlighted many pages and bookmarked to refer back to some of the critial points that must be asked before buying property. there's some repetition that could improve the book and reduce page count - maybe when it reaches the next revision.
Will also read her other book from now.
