Rate this book
The media is going crazy after a serial killer begins their reign of terror targeting terminally ill patients in hospitals. But while all this madness is going on, Jerry Collins is going through her own problems.

Jerry is a student of medical science, and believes that she has discovered an alternative treatment for cancer patients, but after an experiment goes wrong, she soon discovers that she has created nothing more than an acoustic weapon.

With no funding, and possible expulsion from University, Jerry sinks further into her life long troubles with depression, until her friend Carl is diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumor.

Time begins to run out, as Jerry is given an ethical choice on how to fund her creation in an attempt to save her friends life, however, as well as having to worry about a maniac who is obssessed with Youthanasia, Jerry is also confronted by an unsuspecting foe who is using her own technology against her.

Will Jerry be able to save Carls life? Will Jerry become the villain, or will she become the young anti-hero known as Jericho?
