A good read about the changing role of the CIO and its importance to the business. A little sales-y at the end for Mr. Muller's own company and their events, but I liked how he used CIOs and their own words to convey his points.

Less a how-to book than a meditation about how an IT manager can evolve. Very limited practical value.
