C.R. Rice enjoys spending her days with her family in sunny Florida, where the sun is always shining and the alligators are only slightly terrifying. After receiving a loving shove from her husband, she decided to take a step into the wonderful world of authordom with her first series in the Realm. When she is not writing she is reading, going on adventures with her rather daring four year old son and husband, or lazing about in the pool.

Oh my! As each book comes out, the story becomes more and more of an obsession to discover what happens next! In the third part of the journey, Avi will find herself in more life and death altercations. She will discover new people, more secrets, more answers, and will become more of an adult in her duties and decisions. Thane and she struggle to discover as much as they can about the Realms and their secrets of the past and present. The ongoing bromance between Thane and Callen will keep you in stitches. More shocks as people and things are revealed, will keep you on your toes. You will feel the camaraderie between the group deeply in this book. A ball anybody? What will happen toward the end? What about after? I am waiting on pins and needles for the next installment!

Bargaining is a beautifully crafted continuation of the series that gradually captures your attention, leading to a heart-wrenching conclusion that leaves you yearning for more. In this third installment, Averie steps into her role as Queen while Thane grapples with the challenges of their rapidly changing world. Rice's smooth writing style makes it easy to follow the evolving story, immersing you in the characters' struggles and triumphs. A poignant and satisfying read that will linger long after the last page!.

this had everything that I was hoping for in the Realm series, it had everything that I enjoyed from the first two books. The concept had everything that I was looking for and I enjoyed how the story worked with the characters and genre. It left me wanting to read more in this universe and from the author.

The entire ride through Bargaining you watch the characters struggle to come to terms with the shift in status. Averie is now Queen. Thane is trying to balance a relationship and guarding his ever close to death sister. Callen is ... Callen. The twins are fighting...super enjoyable and Radbar is just trying to hold them together. I flew through this book just as I have all the others.
You won't regret entering the realm.
