My treat to myself today is allowing myself to DNF this book.

Yes, the cover is glorious.

But the insides are over-ambitious in a way the author was not equipped to handle. She's juggling stories in three different timelines, plus flashbacks to other times, and dropping the ball on most.

This book had great potential, but was a let down in the end.. It all wrapped up too neatly and with very little shock value, which was what the author had the reader believe would happen. I won't summarize the book because it was not worth the time..
