I have met and worked with Cantor Leo Fettman, when I was teaching in Omaha. A very touching inspirational personal account of overcoming unimaginable life altering situations. I wish that this would have never happened to Leo and the millions of other people affected, but am grateful for his strength and grace to overcome and speak to our youth.
A lesser-known memoir of one man's survival during World War II and his internment in a ghetto and then Auschwitz. A remarkable story that also describes in brief, the history of anti-semitism, and tackles the issues raised by Holocaust-deniers.
