Good book, if you have it or get t as a gift then do read it. I wouldn't recommend it, I believe there are other books better in this area. And somehow I felt all these kind of books tell the same story. It has been difficult to find new insights next to what we already know. Knowing these things doesn't mean we do them, or that we do them when it matters or all the time. S it's good to read it again at some point in time. This book describes the physical zones very good, and it does a great job of indicating the physical distance when making connections. That's good. I also noted the saying that you don't get a second chance to make a first impression. This really stuck with me.
