This book is, more-or-less, a training manual offering the reader step-by-step guidance and insight on conducting a forensic evaluation of undue influence and legal capacity. The primary purpose of this book is to provide the reader with those basic foundations of knowledge necessary to conduct such evaluations effectively and ethically. Recommended psychometric tests are reviewed, sample documents and forms are also provided. Additionally, those skills necessary for working successfully with attorneys within a legal environment is also provided.
