He needs a daddy that can cool him down, take some of the pressure off his chest. When he meets Marcus all the alarm bells ring. Tall, classy, hot, successful; this man seems like the perfect daddy. Add on how sweet he is and Simon’s in heaven.
There’s just one problem. Simon is struggling. Badly. He wants to make his parents proud, keep his friends close, and have a daddy that wants him for who he is. But is that possible with his rampant ADHD? Can Marcus be the perfect man to support him not just with money but with his heart?
Support is a sweet, low-angst, age play novel with an ADHD boy, great friends, a sweet Daddy and a happily ever after so delicious it’ll melt you to pieces!
Felt like I should have read the first book before. They got together like 3% of the book? What.? Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE insta love, but this wasn’t even insta, it was “faster than speed of light” love. I couldn’t even see their connection whatsoever beforehand.
Negative representation of adhd. And using adhd as a trope baiting sure worked here I guess…. 👀 and Adderalls were called “smart-pills”. Ouch, are you suggesting I’m stupid? 🤨 Ok, so romance books like this has no focus on neurodiversity so let’s put that point aside.
Plotline-wise, boring. Too flat. There were sweet scenes, but it was either rushed or not much of an entertainment. No connection between MCs.
Not related, but I went through hell to get this book since it was pretty late updated on GR and Amazon even though it was already published (idk what was up with that ??)
I am a sucker for ageplay and this is definitely not worth it.
Ever read the beginning of a book and feel like you started watching a movie mid way through and have no idea what's happening? Well have I got the book for you.
I have no idea if the first book was important as I cannot find a listing on Goodreads, but I'm gonna assume if I had read it, this one would make sense.
Anyways, in here we have Simon, who has a really severe case of ADHD, or so the book says, and Marcus, a super rich guy who for some reason is into being a Daddy for Simon.
The editing in here is a choice. Paragraphs of just nonsense was included(for example, the entire spiel you get at chilis was typed out here. Right down to the drink specials).
I liked the idea of this one but not the actual execution.
This is the second book in the Tender Hearts series. You will need to read Care first, book 1, as they get together in the first book. Simon is a little with ADHD and Marcus is the daddy who cares for him.
I really liked this book. But there was one thing negative: I did not like that the couple was already established instead of at the very least giving the backstory to how they got together. I think a little build up before jumping into the story is always a good strategy. After we finally learn how they met, I connected better to the story. I liked seeing a character was was neurodivergent, especially when it was plain to see how he was simply just accepted and loved by Marcus. Marcus was such a good person and seemed to be very humble, which is not usually the case with typical Daddies. I think the MC’s made a really good couple; they fit very well together and were made for each other. I hated that Simon was treated so badly by his despicable parents, but loved how Marcus stood up for him. This was a really good read. I recommend this book and this team of authors. I can’t wait to hear Theo’s story.

I was in the mood for something sweet and this book did not disappoint!
Simon is a med student having trouble staying on top of his life thanks to his ADHD. He hates his studies, loves his friends, and is really hoping that his new Daddy, Marcus, is good to him even if Marcus doesn't know the full extent of all the issues in his life. Marcus is a Daddy who really wants someone to care for and support. Kind, supportive, sweet and stern he could be everything Simon needs if he can let Marcus in.
Short, sweet and steamy this book was a great D/l story. Simon was a sweet, sweet character who tried so hard to keep juggling all the things in his life and Marcus was literally too good to be true. I really wished the book examined more about Simon's ADHD and how it affected his relationships - but that was my biggest complaint. The book was well-written and fast paced- a great quick read!
This was a cute, gay romance with a daddy/little, age-gap couple. It was pretty low-angst and had a lot of sweet moments and a HEA.
Simon has been burned by love before, and being an ADHD, boy disaster makes him unsure in his relationship with Marcus... because, well, Marcus is the perfect guy. He has a great job, he's responsible, he's caring and affectionate... but this just makes Simon anxious about when the other shoe is going to drop, causing their relationship to crumble.
Support was a quick read, with sweet characters, a little splash of drama, and aguaranteed HEA. A great book to pick up if your in need of a low-stakes romance.

Support, the second book in the Tender Hearts series, was a cute book about Simon and Marcus.
Simon is a complete mess and if anyone needs a Daddy, it's him. He has ADHD and regularly forgets to take his medicine, is going to school for a career he doesn't want to do to please his parents and doesn't believe any man would want him for a serious relationship.
Marcus is an architect who builds hospitals and houses for people with disabilities and is the perfect Daddy for Simon. He is patient and kind and helps Simon realize he needs to stand up for himself and can have everything he wants in life.
I enjoyed seeing Henry, Jaxon and the other boys and are looking forward to everyone getting their happily ever after in books to come.
There were aspects of this story that I liked and others that just didn’t work for me. Having read the first Tender Hearts book, I wasn’t as lost as several seemed to be, but it still felt like we were dropped into the middle of Simon and Marcus’s story (even factoring in the bits explained by Care) instead of experiencing the whole journey. I also thought that Simon’s issues, both his medical ones managing his ADHD as well as his mental/emotional ones courtesy of his parents, should have been better addressed rather than sugarcoated. There were several cute and sweet scenes between Simon and Marcus though, especially the finger painting one. I did like the idea of this book, just not the way it was executed.
When we first meet Simon in this story, he is stressed to the max trying to deal with a family that believes in "toughing" things out and is pushing him into a career that isn't a good fit and isn't what he wants. He can't find a way out of this maze by himself. Fortunately, he meets Marcus who gives him the support he needs, accepts him for who he is and allows him to slowly find the courage to stand up and go for what he wants and needs. I'm a sucker for a toxic family story and I was tied up in knots along with Simon It was wonderful to begin to feel the pressure gradually decreasing for him. Marcus' career was also an interesting choice. I'm going to go back and read the first book now, and see where some of these characters started.
I really enjoyed this book. It was the first book I've read by these authors and I didn't read the first book in this series. I really loved both Simon and Marcus. Simon was sweet but his ADHD takes a heavy toll on him, along with a not very emotionally supportive family, and pressure to do well in medical school when it's not the career he wants. His and Marcus's relationship is new and he's afraid his Papi will leave him if he finds out. Marcus genuinely cares for Simon and wants to take care of him and for him to be happy. I couldn't put this book down- I was hooked!
“Mi Angel, you’re not broken. There is no need to fix you. You just have a different way of experiencing the world.”
4- * Simon feels he has not a lot of actual control over his life. His ADHD impedes him, his parents are very controlling by their financial support deceiding his studiy and let him feel inferior for having ADHD and needing medication to control this. They are very toxic. He however has a good group of friends who all sewm to be Little as well. Marcus is a older man who meets Simon through an app and they have a click and seem to give the other what they need in a developing relationship. Marcus also gives Simon the strength to choose his own happiness in study, work, life and love.

To be honest this was a little bit of a mixed bag for me. I loved that this was a thoughtful and insightful depiction of the challenges of living with ADHD. But, I did find it a little challenging to follow, especially in the early chapters. As a reader I felt like I was missing a part of the puzzle, since we’re kind of dropped into the middle of an existing relationship between Marcus and Simon. There are also a lot of side characters right away, which was confusing to keep track of. The relationship between Marcus and Simon is well done, with good balance of sweetness and steam.

Living your truth is character building. Simon, needs help. He knows he needs help, but he just can't seem to help himself. He wants to do good, he wants to please himself. He also wants unconditional love. Marcus, is amazing. He's an architect that designs housing for the handicapped. Simon's parents are pressuring to be someone he's not, causing Simon extreme conflict which drags on him. Marcus is a caring patient Daddy. Can Marcus help Simon find his balance? Can Simon stand up for himself? Good story with riveting challenges. Great supporting character friends and family. Nicely done! I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Struggling to juggle and cope with his life, Simon hides an integral part of himself from his new Daddy Marcus. Marcus is established and successful in life, looking for his forever boy, which he thinks he has found in Simon, though he struggles to find the issue as to what can be holding his boy back. When Simons ADHD is revealed, Marcus realises that with support and care, he can help his boy flourish.
A low angst read with a little bit of family drama, supportive friends, some passionate scenes and a good ending.
Support is Book 2 in the Tender Hearts series and can be enjoyed as a standalone. Simon is so relatable and just wants to please his parents. Marcus comes along and is just the Daddy Simon needs. He's caring and supportive and reminds Simon that his life is just that, his life. Simon and Marcus are so sweet together and I enjoyed watching the growth of these two. This is a wonderful age play book with lots of little times and steamy times. I recommend this book and look forward to the next one. I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book.
I liked this book for several reasons, one, as a parent of a child with ADHD who is convinced that he will never find that special someone being able to recommend a book with that as a main storyline to me is heartwarming. Two, it is a fair representation there was several moments that I could relate to, three, it is a very sweet read, steamy in places with some surprises. I was shocked and upset by that characters of Simon’s parents, I couldn’t get past how awful they were. Would I recommend this book, Yes I already have.
I loved reading Simon and Marcus' story/ Marcus is a kind man who is an architect that has a soft spot for Simon. Simon is a reluctant medical student with ADHD that is overwhelmed with studies and family expectations. The best part of this story is Marcus doing what any good Daddy would do. He helps Simon grow enough to stand up to his overbearing parents and their expectations and supports him in choosing the right road for him. And it was amazing that he was able to respect Simon's desire to stand on his own before moving into Marcus' home.
This was a low angst Daddy / Little story. I have a son with ADHD so could relate to some of the situations Simon found himself in. I haven’t read the first book in the Tender Hearts series, Care, and although it isn’t necessary, I think it would make things a lot clearer. Nice writing style and obviously researched. I would recommend this one and will go back and read Care. Looking forward to the next in the series to follow our group of friends.
This was such a good read. Other than Simon’s parents, which I can’t stand btw, there was so many sweet moments. I also hate how Simon was told there was something wrong with him when there wasn’t. Different isn’t wrong. As a parent with ADHD children I personally find it wonderful to watch and hear how they see things and think things out. Instead of being so critical his parents should have listened. I have enjoyed both books in this series and can’t wait for more.
This story was cute! I like the dynamic between Marcus and Simon, though Simon seems so immature at times it was frustrating. (and no, I don't mean when he was being a little). The age gap kind of explains it, but Simon felt like a teenager at times, and that was weird.
But he did mature as the book went on, and the overall dynamic was filled with consent and respect and smut.
Love daddy / Little books and this ticks all the boxes. Simon has ADHD and has never had a daddy stick around, as he could be too high maintenance. Along came Marcus who fell for Simon, but Simon was guarded and didn't tell him he needed to take medication for his ADHD. After a few bumps and a contract their relationship grew. Marcus helps Simon get way he wants out of life and to be able to stand up for himself
This is the story of Simon and Marcus. It is the 2nd book in the Tender Hearts series and it only gets better. Please be aware of the trigger warning. I loved this sweet and cute story and absolutely adored the more serious moments. I loved how the learned to trust each other and how their relationship just grew. Definitely recommended.
I received this book as an Arc and I am happily reviewing it voluntarily.
Fun storyline. Watching them grow as a couple and learn to trust each other and lean on each other was nice. Simons family sucks and I didn't love that his brother was suddenly supportive at the end when his constant tattling to their parents about Simon lead to alot if the drama between him and them but I'm glad he had someone there for him.
I really appreciate this series and this story was just as good as book one. I enjoy following along as these Littles and Daddies develop the relationships they need to get to their HEA.
He is in heat and he needs a daddy to help cool it all down. They will come in and he is made in heaven but he is trying to spin so many plates in the air that he may just crash and burn. Will day help him? Can he do all he wants to do? Will life get better for him? See just what will happen next
Fantastic story of a unfailingly supportive daddy and a little that doesn’t believe in himself. It’s amazing how unconditional love and support helps someone believe in themselves. Sweet caring story that I definitely recommend.
These two are so good together, Marcus is the perfect man for all of Simons needs. And not once does he let Simon push him away. Their love is different but it’s still very beautiful. I can’t wait to go back & read all about Jax & Henry next. 😀❤️
This was such a sweet Daddy/boy romance. Marcus is the perfect partner for Simon, he's understanding and full of love for the right person. I loved this story so much! I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
4 1/2 this is a fantastic read. I can’t see much room for improvement. The characters are great. I loved that another little of the friend group found their soulmate.
