A book geared towards professional development not only for school leaders, but can be extremely useful for all school personnel.

The focus is on Responsive School Discipline, which can be adapted any number of ways depending on the needs of the school. How to reform school discipline? How to focus on each area of the school. What teachers can do to respond to challenges in the school and classroom. All of it is laid out in a general sense, which is a good guiding principle for...well, principals.

Well worth the read as an administrator. Helped clarify a lot for me, thinking about the ways in which I can help teachers implement RC into their classrooms.
