Extremely helpful for anyone - parent, teacher, counsellor, psychologist, human being = working with children, but also, beyond that, anyone needing to transact with adults who demonstrate childlike thinking, which, let's face it, is a great many.

Scripts and heuristics such as "strike while the iron is cold!" and "the object is to persist, not to win" are highly valuable items to habituate around.

Much good guidance for anyone who must function in or, especially, attempt to lead teams.
