I loved this book, I felt as though I was going through the same emotions as Caz and really related to her when she spoke of her children. Once we had move through to the other realm I could not put the book down and found myself wanting to read it as fast as I could but not wanting it to end. I am looking forward to the next book by Neisha as I want to hear more about Caz and learn more about the other characters in this amazing story!

I really enjoyed this book it was fast paced, full of exciting characters and was a great story. I really hope Neisha writes a follow up book as I would enjoy reading more of these characters adventures. I was born in Dunedin New Zealand and it is great to see my home town produce such a great talent and promising new author as Neisha.

This book was recently entered in The Wishing Shelf Book Awards. This is what our readers thought:

The readers liked the simple style of your writing. They thought you used first person very effectively throughout the book and the pacing was excellent. They mentioned that your descriptive work was particularly good e.g. p.10 and that you had a natural ability for writing dialogue.

All of the readers loved the ending; lots of tears and an excellent twist (very non-Hollywood!).

'Superbly written; a roller-coaster! Neisha Nilsen is a top-notch fantasy novelist.' The Wishing Shelf Awards

Hi Guys, I would love for you to read this book. It is a story of love, family, paranormal and sacrifice. It starts in the quiet town of Dunedin, New Zealand and then takes you into a different realm. There is a paranormal romance element to the book and it is an easy read with lots of twists and turns. Very enjoyable.
