Before I read this book I checked the reviews and many were saying that there is nothing new in this book, that we know all that, that isn't bad but it's nothing special.
Well, I guess it depends on what face of your journey you read it.
For my experience, even after years and years of therapy, a lot of reading and many attempts to find a successful way to deal with my healthy way in life with food, I did find this book very helpful.
With practical advice that made a lot of sense to me, I learned new things and read again things I knew, which is always great. I will see in future but, now, this book has helped me very much and I highly recommend it.
