By “being active participant[s] in [our] life experience[s],” we can positively shift all aspects of our lives from work / career, relationships, happiness, finances, to our overall wellness. I have read a multitude of self-help books over the past 5 years and I can honestly say that none have been as holistic as this book. There are tons of research tips in here, and I love that this is backed by science. While some of the tips may not seem like the one size fits all pill that most people are looking for the fact that Chazz puts all of these things together will change the thinking of anyone. The holistic approach that Chaz takes is what sets this book apart and brings it to the top. There is a chapter about the power of meditation with science facts to back that up, one on the importance of morning routines, and tons of information on how physical and mental health are linked. It took me years of therapy to realize the benefits of all these things when done together but you can get all that and more from reading this book. Highly recommend! Worth anyone's time!!

Their are countless nuggets of information that you have to read and marinate on before you can turn to the next page. The author has a unique ability of making you sit in the mirror of your being to soul search! Filled with multiple examples from scholars to philosophers to Mr. Scott’s own experiences. A valuable lesson learned is that ... “When you think of yourself in the highest form, you also think of others in that way. But if you marginalize yourself, you begin to marginalize the people around you. And when you marginalize your gifts and abilities, you marginalize the talents of those closest to you—whether in your career or personal relationships.” A life transforming read.

Chazz Scott makes us aware that RADICAL self-care is so much deeper than pedicures and massages. It's seeing, knowing and nurturing your BEING! I'm grateful for the guidance to get me to the greatest possible expression of myself. Don't just read the book, though. Give yourself the gift of completing the exercises that will help you see yourself and your possibilities through a new lens.
This book is absolutely fantastic and has practical exercises within each chapter to help you implement everything straight away! It has real life examples which a lot of self help books don't. It's definitely more relatable and easier to follow. It will empower and inspire you to do things differently.

A brilliant self help read to gain a healthy mind and body. It is full of wisdom and insight which could make you feels so much better as you learn even more I received an advance copy from hidden gems and I found it very interesting and inspiring
I am about 50% through this book and really slowing down and reading it and absorbing the information. This is not like a normal self-help book, it's a bit different and I'm starting to already make some changes in my life and changing my thoughts. Excited to complete the book!
This was a great read, Scott uses his life experiences and science to help anyone understand why this hustle culture is not the way, slowing down and being intentional will truly lead you to your goals. The radical self care exercises at the end of every chapter really lets you take in what you've just read and take action applying these principles to your life. Scott mentions "we first create our habits then our habits create us," These exercise are a great way to practice that quote.
This book is full of information that can help just about anyone. It's an easy but good read. It explains why caring for yourself is not selfish but needed.
