It's a raining early morning, and I'm feeling under the weather. so what better thing to do then read. SInce I'm also definitely not feeling at my best, what better story to read then a cinderella story.
Based on the title I thought I was going to be a modern day cinderella story, with the step-sisters and step-mother included. I was wrong. It is a story about a married woman, who after twelve years of marriage finds her world crumbling around her (I don't want to give too much away).
So, she creates a list of the things she thinks she wants "a baby, marriage (she stille believes in it), a rich, sucessful man, someone to take care of her." She then makes a list of the possible men that would be able to meet her criteria, and she starts putting her plan into action. However, things don't seem to go according to her perfect plan (and maybe that's a good thing).
I did at times get annoyed with the heroine, because it just seemed that she didn't have a clue, but I guess that was the whole point the author was trying to make. Although this book wasn't what I expected, it was a good read for a rainy morning.
