Hirai Tarō (平井 太郎), better known by the pseudonym Rampo Edogawa ( 江戸川 乱歩), sometimes romanized as "Ranpo Edogawa", was a Japanese author and critic who played a major role in the development of Japanese mystery fiction.

This is one of the good ones in the series, with more rhythm, centered on one of the members of the group, instead of centering on the enemy with forty faces, or some random stuff, but it has a very uh? moment that I don't agree with after telling us that there are three tigers, having the kid befriending them after saving the cub and all that, Akechi Kogoro kills the parents for no particular reason; I wonder why Edogawa decided to make Akechi so violent/mean.

If you have gotten till here in the series, you probably know what it's going to be about, so...

The best: centered on a 'new' character, some little surprises along the way

The worst: that thing Akechi does
