I actually read the 2009 update of this merit badge book. I was pleased that it had been completely updated, even touching on subjects soon-to-be-available, which now exist. I think this handbook covers the wide array of computer topics that are important and interesting to those of Boy Scout age, and those of us looking for a basic treatment of the topic.
