this book was filled with incredible guided journals. when I was feeling anxious, I picked up this book and just wrote all my feelings, i released all of my emotions on the page. It lifted so much weight off my shoulders during my stressful days, it took my mind away from negative thoughts.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It helped me see life from another lens.
