I only spent 20 minutes with this book.

When I review books that I plan to read, I usually spend 20 minutes in 5 random parts of the book and evaluate the quality of the content (information) and the easiness of reading it (ability to remain focused).

The book seems to contain interesting information and it was fairly easy to read. It did not keep me engaged but it had parts that I read with great interest.

I liked the novice-interdimediate-mastery tables, that each chapter had a similar structure, the overall agenda.

I did not like the mix of subjects (engagement, gallup, tuckman, types of teams, length, large 10 things to do)

I found it hard to see 2-3 to put in practice in this 20 minute review but this might be due to the limited time I spent on reading it.
