An updated edition of the best-selling book about the workings of Hollywood recounts the suit against Paramount Pictures by humorist Art Buchwald, who claimed Paramount stole the story to the film, Coming to America, from him. Original.
My Unabridged rating: 5 stars [i.e. non-Abridged audiobook "other edition"]
I'd hoped this abridged version might suffice [work commute(s), dog walk, etc.] but this isn't a truncated edition insomuch advertisement for the complete, comprehensive, unabridged, hard copy counterpart (or digitized rendition).
Albeit, still likely craving even more litigious specs/legal briefs/law journals after completing that full, 600-page, manuscript.
Pair this book with Steven Bach's Final Cut and you have a stark picture of the film industry that while there can be glory, greed and power is really the final pitch for most everyone involved.
