How does a court decide what law applies in a case when multiple jurisdictions can claim it? Thorough coverage of a complex area, but very readable with interesting cases. I was surprised to learn that courts will use laws from other jurisdictions (State A applying State B law) sometimes. I would have thought you'd have to move the case. Worth at read if you are at all interested in the law.
