📕 Why (Not) to read this book (Target Audience)

This is a short book that introduces the concept of "Project Careers".

👀 How this book changed my daily live (Takeaways)

⁉ Spoiler Alerts (Highlights)

Now the ‘new normal’ is to have multiple career paths with the focus on personal fulfilment and advancement rather than climbing the career ladder. Items of Note:
* Our career choices take place within the context of society, the economy and our social setting. Each generation grows up in a different context and, as a result, tends to have different work expectations.
* It's relatively easy to update our technical skills with training, but developing our softer skills requires insight into who we are, changing our behaviours and adapting to new roles.
* To know where you want to go, you need to know where you come from.
