Tomfoolery
Months after her disappearance, the body of Isabella O'Brien is found buried in a shallow grave less than fifty yards from her home. Homicide Detective Eugene Jeffries has a prime suspect—Sonja O'Brien, the daughter-in-law of the deceased. His chances of making an arrest are slim. Not only is the trail of evidence cold, but Sonja's husband, Jack O'Brien, provides his wife with an undeniable alibi. Detective Jeffries needs a break. Days into his murder investigation, that one piece of irrefutable evidence comes from a most unexpected source.
