I hate lesbian romances in which nothing ever gets consummated until, like, the last pages, and there is very little actual romance, just a lot of people dodging their feelings. Also, the protagonist is a sporty stock-market broker type who is totally all about her riches and seems disconnected from everyone. It's like all the characters exist in a vacuum, separate from regular human experience or social life. Hence, one star.
