This is a set of short stories, each featuring a glimpse of the different worlds in which the author has based his longer stories. Included in the short stories are the first chapters of The Final Winter, Animal Kingdom and ASBO, to whet the appetites.

These were great shorts. It gave a little insight into the different worlds, as each story was based on one of the authors longer works. They were enjoyable, and it was nice to have appetisers of the authors other works, as I shall definitely be reading more!
