I am a performer, author and communication expert.

I have performed on TV and radio, for example in Whose Line Is it Anyway, I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue and QI.

I founded the improv troupe the Comedy Store Players with Mike Myers. Come and see us on Sunday nights win London (https://www.comedystoreplayers.com)

I acted in two of Mike's Austin Powers movies, as well as his Netflix series, The Pentaverate.

Nowadays I travel the world bringing the skills of theatre and especially improv to public and private sector organizations large and small.

I focus on collaboration, creativity, communication and leadership.
(And, yes, Mullarkey is my real name).

Well put together with relatable context appealing to a wide audience. Lack of confidence seems to be a common theme I come across regularly, it's particularly something that is requested as a key skill when people are seeking help via mentoring and coaching. This book is the perfect companion to support that journey of self reflection. The frameworks presented and accompanying examples are easy to understand, with the tone of this book being it's centre piece. This isn't a monotonous text instructing, this is a book designed to make you think for yourself.
